dc.description.abstractYaşadığımız yüzyılda dünyadaki bilişim teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler sayesinde bilgi üretimi, dağıtımı ve paylaşımı artmakta; bilgi her geçen gün daha değerli hale gelmektedir. Bu gelişmeler toplumları sosyal, kültürel, ekonomik açılardan etkilemekte ve yeni bir toplumsal yapı oluşmaktadır. “Bilgi toplumu” olarak adlandırılan yeni toplum anlayışında bilgi ön plandadır. Bilgiye ulaşmanın ve paylaşmanın kolay olması ve bilginin hızla değişmesi toplumun gerek duyduğu bireysel özelliklerin de değişmesine neden olmaktadır. Bu özelliklerin kazandırılması bağlamında önemli olan eğitim faktörü de bu değişimlerden etkilenmektedir. Bu değişimde eğitimin artık okullarla sınırlı kalmayacağı, bireylerin değişimlere uyum gösterebilmesi için eğitimin yaşam boyu sürmesi gerektiği öngörülmektedir. Bu çalışmada “özel gereksinimli birey”, ‘‘yaşam boyu öğrenme’’ ve “insan hakları” kavramları incelenmiş; ayrıca yaşam boyu öğrenme kavramının özel gereksinimi olan bireyler açısından önemine insan hakları bağlamında değinilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the century we live in, production, distribution and sharing of information are increasing thanks to the developments in information technologies in the world; and knowledge is becoming more valuable every day. These developments affect communities in social, cultural and economic terms and thus a new social structure is formed. Knowledge is at the forefront in the new understanding of society called "information society". The fact that it is easy to access and share information, and the rapid change of it causes the individual characteristics required by society to change. The education factor, which is important in the context of gaining these characteristics, is also affected by these changes. In this change, it is envisaged that education will no longer be limited to schools, and that education should continue throughout life in order for individuals to adapt to changes. In this study, the concepts of "individual with special needs", "lifelong learning" and "human rights" were examined, and the importance of the concept of lifelong learning for individuals with special needs is emphasized in the context of human rights.en_US
