dc.description.abstractİn-vitro fertilizasyon (IVF)da başarısızlık oranının büyük bir kısmını oosit immaturitesi oluşturmaktadır. Bunların in-vitro matürasyon (IVM) sürecinden geçmeleri gerekmektedir. Çalışmada maturasyon, fertilizasyon ve bölünebilme ilişkisi irdelenerek, oositlerin in-vitro maturasyon ve fertilizasyon yeteneklerinin belirlenmesi amaçlandı. GATA IVF merkezine farklı zamanlarda başvuran 32 hastadan follikül aspirasyonu yapılarak toplanan 150 immatür (PI), 176 intermediate (MI), 435 matür (MII) olmak üzere toplam 761 insan oositi incelendi. 6 saatlik inkübasyon süresi sonunda insemine edilen matür oositlerde fertlizasyon oranı %92 iken, IVM için 6-48 saat süreyle inkübe edilen immatür oositler grubunda bu oran, profaz I (PI) olanlarda %48, metafaz I(MI)lerde %74 olarak bulundu. Fertilize olan oositlerin bölünebilme oranları ise, olgun oositlerde (MII) %84 iken, PI oositlerde %34 MI oositlerde %62.5 olarak gözlendi. Sonuç olarak, matürasyon ilerledikçe fertilizasyon yeteneği artmaktadır. MII evresindeki oositler, fertilizasyon yeteneği en yüksek oositlerdir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe big part of the unsuccessful rate at IVF is composed of oocyt immaturity. These must pass through IVM phase. In this study, it is aimed to explain the abilities of in-vitro maturation, fertilization and cleavage of oocytes by discussing the relationship between them. Total 761 oocytes (150 immature, 176 intermediate, 435 mature) picked up by performing follicle aspiration from the 32 patients who applied to GATA IVF center in different periods were inspected. While the fertilization rate is 92% on inseminated mature oocytes at the end of a six hour incubation period, for IVM on the immature oocytes groups incubated 6-48 hours, this rate was found 48% on prophase I (PI), 74% on metaphase I (MI). The rate of cleavage of fertilized oocytes was found 84% on mature oocytes (MII), while it was seen 34% on PI oocytes and 62.5% on MI oocytes. As a result, the more maturation proceeds the more fertilization ability increases. Oocytes on MII phase are the ones, which have the most fertilization ability.en_US
