dc.description.abstractGünümüzün lojistik ve tedarik zincirinde stok yönetiminin önemi sürekli bir şekilde artış göstermektedir. Globalleşme, müşterilerin taleplerinde görülen farklılaşmalar ve sürekli ilerleyen teknoloji ile beraber rekabet genellikle sadece firmalar arasında değil, birçok firmanın bulunduğu tedarik zincirinde gerçekleşmeye başlamıştır. Rekabet koşullarına direnç gösterebilmek ve yaşamlarını sürdürebilmeyi isteyen firmalar, artış gösteren müşteri isteklerini giderebilmek ve giderlerini düşürebilmek için çare aramaya başlamışlardır. Sözkonusu amaçlara erişimde stok yönetimi kullanılacak en önemli araçtır. En iyi stok yönetim sistemi ise firmanın amaçları çerçevesinde ihtiyacını giderecek biçimde dengeli bir stok bulundurmayı başarabilmesidir. Bu çalışmada lojistik, tedarik zinciri ve stok yönetiminin sektörlerde hayati öneme sahip işlevlerden sayılması nedeniyle hurda malzeme kullanılarak çelik yapılan işletmelerin lojistik, tedarik zinciri ve stok yönetimi işlevlerinin irdelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Lojistik sektörü ile ilgili bağlantılı faktörlerin çelik üretimi stok yönetimine ne şekilde etki gösterdiği belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Firmanın 25 malzeme kalemi ABC ve VED sınıflandırma analizleri ile incelenmiştir. Sürekli sarfı olan EBT Kumu malzemesi için Sürekli Stok Kontrol ve Güvence Stoku hesabı 1 yıllık değerlerine göre yapılmıştır. Sürekli Stok Kontrol modeli bir yıllık sarf hareketleri değerlerine göre çizilerek sipariş hareketleri incelenmiştir. ABC stok yönetimi olarak değerlendirildiğinde, toplam firma giderinin %80?ini teşkil eden A grubu malzemelerin kontrol ve takibine öncelik verilmesinin, VED analizi açısından, yani hayati önemi fazla olan 7 kalem malzeme vardır ve bu malzemeler stok kontrolünde önceliklidir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe importance of inventory management is continuously increasing in today's logistics and supply chain. With globalization, differences in the demands of customers, and advancing technology, competition has started to occur not only among companies but also in the supply chain with many companies. Firms that want to resist competitive conditions and sustain their lives have started to seek remedies in order to meet increasing customer demands and to decrease their expenses. Inventory management is the most important tool to be used in achieving these objectives. The best inventory management system is that the company is able to keep a balanced stock in order to meet its needs. In this study, since logistics, supply chain and inventory management are considered to be vital functions in the sectors, it is aimed to examine the logistics, supply chain and inventory management functions of steel enterprises using scrap materials. It is tried to be determined how the factors related to the logistics sector affect the steel production inventory management. 25 material items of the company were examined with ABC and VED classification analysis. Economic Order Quantity and Assurance Stock calculation for EBT Sand material, which has been consumed continuously , was made according to the values of 1 year. Continuous Inventory Control model was drawn up according to the annual consumption movements and studied related to a table created. When ABC is evaluated as stock management, there are 7 items that are of vital importance in terms of VED analysis, namely giving priority to the control and follow-up of group A materials, which constitute 80% of the total firm expense, and these materials have priority in stock control.en_US
