dc.description.abstractln Albania, as in other developing countries, the situation of medical ethics and bioethics, which have a close relationship with problems of human rights, is very different in comparison with that of developed western countries. Such a situation is determined by the fact that our country doesn't carry out yet genuine biomedical research, because of the low medical level that still exists.en_US
