dc.description.abstractBronş rüptürü, trakeobronşiyal travma sonrası nadir görülen patolojilerdendir. Erken dönemde yeterli değerlendirme yapılmadığında fibrozis ve bronş stenozu gibi geri dönüşsüz değişikliklerin oluşması kaçınılmazdır. Travma sonrası oluşan hemopnömotoraks, pnömomediastinum, subkutan amfizem ve atelektazilerde bronşiyal laserasyonlar göz önünde bulundurularak acil bronkoskopi ve gereğinde erken cerrahi uygulanmalıdır. Bu yazıda, iki yıl önce araç dışı künt göğüs travması sonrası hemopnömotoraks meydana gelen ve akciğer enfeksiyonu ile kliniğimize başvuran 15 yaşında erkek hasta sunuldu. Hastada radyolojik ve bronkoskopik değerlendirme sonucu sağ üst lob girişinde oluşan fibrotik dokuya bağlı sağ üst lob atelektazisi saptandı. Hasta ameliyat edilerek lobektomi uygulandı.en_US
dc.description.abstractBronchial rupture due to tracheobronchial trauma is a very rare condition. Early evaluation is neccessary in order to avoid irreversible changes such as fibrosis and bronchial stenosis. Cases with post-traumatic hemo-pneumothorax, pneumomediastinum, subcutaneous emphysema and atelectasis require consideration of bronchial laceration with urgent bronchoscopy and early surgery, if needed. A 15 year-old patient with a history of blunt chest trauma two years ago presented with symptoms of pulmonary infection. Radiological and bronchoscopic evaluation revealed right upper lobe atelectasis secondary to fibrosis. Patient underwent right upper lobectomy.en_US
