Özet
Bilginin hızlı bir biçimde yaratıldığı, yayıldığı ve ulaşılabildiği günümüzde eğitim sistemlerinin en temel önceliklerinden biri temel yeterliklerin geliştirilmesidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı eğitim sürecinin öğrencilere kazandırılması gerekli görülen temel yeterlikleri ve bu süreçte etkili bir yöntem olabileceği değerlendirilen sınıf içi söylem ve normları incelemektir. Eğitimin bireylere kazandırması gerekli görülen yeterlikler konusunda bir uzlaşma bulunduğu görülmektedir. Yetkinliklerin kazandırılması sürecinde anlatma, gösterme ve aktarılan bilginin öğrenci tarafından yeniden üretilmesine dayanan geleneksel yöntemlerden ziyade uygun sınıf içi normlar ve söylem geliştirme gibi yöntemler daha etkili olabilir.
In a world where information is created, spread and reached faster than ever in human history developing some common core competences should be among the highest among priorities of education. There seems to be a certain level of agreement on the core competences that students must be equipped with. This study aims to examine some core competences that education systems should inculcate students with as well as classroom discourse and norms, which can be more effective methods to this end than traditional methods.
