| dc.description.abstract | Eğitimde belirlenen amaçlara ulaşmada birçok etken söz konusudur. Bu etkenler içinde ilk sırada öğretmenler ve okul yöneticileri gelmektedir. Değişen ve gelişen koşullar ışığında öğretmenlerin okul yöneticilerinin sürekli ve sistemli bir biçimde mesleki gelişimlerini sürdürmeleri gerekmektedir. Öğretmenlerin ve okul yöneticilerinin mesleki gelişimlerinin sağlanmasında hizmetiçi eğitimin önemli bir yeri vardır. Bu araştırmanın amacı, ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan yönetici ve öğretmenlerin, hizmetiçi eğitim faaliyetlerine katılımın eğitim ve öğretime olan etkisini değerlendirmektir. Bu amaca yönelik olarak, araştırmanın istatistiksel analizleri kısmında yönetici ve öğretmenlerin hizmetiçi eğitim faaliyetlerine katılımlarının eğitim-öğretime etkisine ilişkin görüşlerini incelemek üzere anketlerin ifadelerine verdikleri puanların aritmetik ortalama ve standart sapmaları değerlendirilmiş, öğretmenlerin kendilerine yönelik hazırlanan anketin ifadelerine ilişkin görüşlerinin cinsiyet ve branşlarına bağlı olarak farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı bağımsız gruplar t-testi ile görüşlerinin mezuniyet düzeylerine ve yaşlarına göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ile ve son olarak görüşlerinin katıldıkları hizmetiçi eğitim sayısına göre hangi yönde nasıl bir ilişki içinde olduğu Pearson’s momentler çarpımı katsayıları ile araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonunda, ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan yönetici ve öğretmenlerin, hizmetiçi eğitim faaliyetlerine katılımın eğitim ve öğretime olan etkisine ilişkin görüşlerinin genelde olumlu ancak bunun ortalama bir düzeyde kaldığı görülmüştür. Demografik değişkenlere ilişkin farklılaşmaların incelenmesi sonucunda ise daha çok yaş değişkenin önemli olduğu görülmüş ve genç öğretmenlerin hizmetiçi eğitim faaliyetlerine ilişkin görüşlerinin daha az olumlu olduğu tespit edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | There are various factors which contribute to the achievement of objectives in education. Teachers and school managers are in the first place among these factors. Teachers and school managers need to continue their professional development constantly and systematically, in the light of changing and developing circumstances. In-service training plays a significant part in the maintenance of professional development of teachers and school managers. The aim of this research is to evaluate the effect of the participation of primary school teachers and managers in in-service training activities on education. Accordingly, in the statistical analysis section, in order to determine opinions of the primary school teachers and managers’ about the effect of participation in in-service training activities on education their mean and standard deviation scores on questionnaires evaluated, whether primary school teachers’ opinions are differentiated or not due to their gender and teaching subjects are analyzed with Independent Samples T Test, again whether primary school teachers’ opinions are differentiated or not due to their level of education and age are analyzed with OneWay ANOVA and whether there is a relationship (and if there is its direction) between primary school teachers’ opinions about in-services’ effect on education and numbers of in-service participated by them is analyzed with Pearson’s Correlation. At the end of the research, it is found that there is not a strong positive opinion about the effect of the participation of primary school teachers and managers in in-service training activities on education. As a result of the differentiation analyses of demographics of the teachers, it is found that the age is the most important independent variable for having a different opinion. And the younger the teachers, the more negative opinion they have about the effect of participation in inservice training activities on education. | en_US |
