dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı; çocuğu kanser hastası olan annelerin aile işlevselliği ve evlilik doyumu ile aile dayanıklılığı arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. Çalışmanın veri toplama sürecinde kartopu tekniği ile ulaşılan annelerin desteği ile aynı örneklemdeki başka anneler de çalışmaya dahil edilerek toplamda 107 kanser hastası çocuğu olan anne ile çalışılmıştır. Bu nedenle kanser hastası tanısı almış çocuğu olan annelere verilen/ulaştırılan ölçekler, online link yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Verileri toplamak için “Demografik Bilgi Formu”, “Aile Değerlendirme Ölçeği”, “Aile Yılmazlık Ölçeği” ve “Evlilik Uyum Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Aile Değerlendirme ölçeği, Aile Yılmazlık ölçeğinin %24,1’ini açıklamaktadır. Aile Değerlendirme ölçeği puanı Aile Yılmazlık ölçeği puanını anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü yordamaktadır. Evlilik Yaşam Ölçeği puanları ile Aile Değerlendirme Ölçeği genel işlevler alt boyutu puanları arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki bulunmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to examine the relationships between marriage satisfaction, family functionality and family resilience of mothers whose children have cancer. In addition, the relationship between the concepts of marriage satisfaction, family functionality and family resilience was also looked at separately. In the data collection process of the study, other mothers in the same sample were included in the study with the support of mothers reached by snowball technique and a total of 100 mothers with cancer patients were studied. The main reason for using this data collection method is planning to pay attention to the rules of social distance during the covid-19 pandemic period. For this reason, the scales that will be applied to mothers with children diagnosed with cancer have been delivered online. “Demographic Information Form”, “Family Assessment Scale”, “Family Disability Scale” and “Marriage Adjustment Scale” were used to collect the data. The Family Assessment scale explains 24.1% of the Family Resilience scale. The Family Assessment scale score predicts the Family Resilience scale significantly and positively. A positive correlation was found between Marriage Adjustment scale scores and Family Assessment Scale general functions sub-dimension scores.en_US
