dc.description.abstractBu çalışma meme kanseri cerrahisi uygulanacak hastaların sosyal destek algısı, manevi yönelim ve umut düzeylerini belirlemek amacıyla tamamlayıcı-ilişki arayıcı olarak yapıldı. Araştırmanın evrenini Marmara Üniversitesi Pendik Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi, İstanbul Onkoloji Hastanesi ve İstanbul Haydarpaşa Numune Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Genel Cerrahi kliniğine 02.12.2019-31.05.2020 tarihleri arasında meme kanseri nedeni ile cerrahi tedavi planlanmış ve yatışı yapılmış hastalar oluşturdu. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise meme cerrahisi uygulanacak çalışmayı katılmayı kabul eden 141 meme kanseri hastası oluşturdu. Veriler Hasta Tanıtım Formu, Manevi Yönelim Ölçeği (MYÖ), Herth Umut Ölçeği (HUÖ), Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği (ÇBASDÖ) kullanılarak toplandı. Verilerin istatistiksel analizinde normal dağılan ölçümlerde Pearson korelasyon analizi, normal dağılmayan ölçümlerde ise Spearman korelasyon analizi kullanılmıştır. İç tutarlılık analizi için Cronbach ? katsayısı, verilerin normallik dağılımı için de Kurtosis ve Skewness kat sayıları kullanıldı. Bu çalışma sonucuna göre cerrahi tedavi uygulanacak hastaların manevi yönelim ve çok boyutlu algılanan sosyal destek düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu ve bu faktörlerin umut düzeyine etkisinin olduğu bulundu. Hastaların manevi yönelim ve çok boyutlu algılanan sosyal destek düzeyi arttıkça umut düzeyi de artmaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted as a complementary-relationship seeker to determine the social support perception, spiritual orientation and hope levels of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery. The universe of the study consisted of patients who were scheduled for surgery and hospitalized for breast cancer between 01.10.2019-31.05.2020 in Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital, Istanbul Oncology Hospital and Istanbul Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital General Surgery Clinic. The sample of the study consisted of 141 breast cancer patients who agreed to participate in the study to undergo breast surgery.The data were collected using the Patient Descriptive Characteristics Form, Spiritual Orientation Scale (SOS), Herth Hope Scale (HHS), and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). In the statistical analysis of the data, Pearson correlation analysis was used for normally distributed measurements, and Spearman correlation analysis was used for non-normally distributed measurements. Cronbach ? coefficient was used for internal consistency analysis, and Kurtosis and Skewness coefficients were used for normality distribution of the data. According to the results of this study, it was found that the levels of spiritual orientation and perceived multidimensional social support of the patients undergoing surgical treatment were high and these factors had an effect on the hope level. As the spiritual orientation and multidimensional social support of the patients increase, the level of hope increases.en_US
