dc.description.abstractLewy Cisimcikli demans (LCD) birçok kaynakta Alzheimer Hastalığından sonraki en sık demans nedeni olarak gösterilmektedir. LCD tanısı iyi yapılanmış görsel halüsinasyonların varlığında genellikle kolaydır. Ancak, eşlik eden parkinsonizm bulguları varlığında tanı bazen Parkinson Hastalığı demansı, bilişsel profildeki bozukluklar nedeni ile de tanı nadiren Alzheimer hastalığı ile karıştırılabilmektedir. Bu makalede kliniğimizce takip edilen, beş olası LCD olgusunda bilişsel profil değerlendirilmiştir. Sonuçlarımız bu olgularda anlık belleğin erken dönemde etkilendiğine işaret etmiştir. Ayrıca yürütücü fonksiyonlarda belirgin kayıp olmasına rağmen, dikkatin kısmen korunmuş olduğu saptanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractLewy body dementia (LBD) is shown as a common cause of dementia after Alzheimer's disease in many sources. Usually, the diagnosis of LCD could establish easily, because of the presence of well-structured visual hallucinations. Sometimes, the diagnosis could be confused with Parkinson's disease or Alzheimer’s disease dementia in the presence of parkinsonism or cognitive impairment symptoms. The cognitive profiles of five possible LCD cases who are fallowed by our clinic have been reviewed in this article. Our results suggest that the short term memory was affected in early stages. Despite the attention was preserved, a marked loss in the executive functions was obtained.en_US
