dc.description.abstract	Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı gebelikte psikososyal sağlığın değerlendirilmesinde kullanmak amacı ile bir ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. Yöntem: Bu ölçek, maddelerin oluşturulması, geliştirilmesi ve uzman görüşünün alınması, oluşturulan ölçeğin uygulanması, yapı geçerliliği ve güvenilirlik analizlerin yapıldığı 4 ana aşamada geliştirildi. Çalışmanın örneklemini; Mart-Ağustos 2010 tarihleri arasında İstanbuldaki 3 sağlık ocağına gebe izlem için başvuran ve çalışmayı kabul eden toplam 192 gebe kadın oluşturdu. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 15.0 paket programında analiz edildi. Bulgular: Gebelikte Psikososyal Sağlığı Değerlendirme Ölçeği (GPSDÖ) nin güvenilirliğinde, madde puanlarının Cronbach Alpha değeri 0.938 olarak bulundu. Yapı geçerliliği için yapılan faktör analizinde, maddelerin faktör yüklerinin .37 ile .83 arasında değişim gösterdiği ve 6 faktörde toplandığı belirlendi. 6 faktörün kendi içindeki maddelerin Cronbach Alpha değerleri .76 ile .92 arasında değişim gösterdi. Altılı faktörün toplam varyansı açıklama yüzdesi 58.75 olarak bulundu. Sonuç: Sonuçlarımız geliştirilen GPSDÖ'nin gebelerin psikososyal sağlıklarının değerlendirilmesinde kullanılması açısından uygun ve oldukça güvenilir bir ölçek olduğunu gösterdi.
dc.description.abstract	Objectives: The aim of this study was to develop a measuring scale for assessment of psychosocial health in pregnancy. Methods: This scale was developed in four main phases; generation of items, improvement of items and to get expert opinions, implementation of the scale and structure validity and reliability. Study sample included a total of 192 pregnant women who applicated to follow-up between March-August 2010 and accepted to participate at the three primary health center in İstanbul. Data obtained from the study was analyzed with SPSS package version 15.0. Results: Cronbach's alpha value scores of the items was found as 0,938 in the reliability of the Pregnancy Psychosocial Health Assessment Scale (PPHAS). Factorial loading of the items varied between .37 and .83 in the factor analysis for construct validity of scale and items were collected in six factors. Cronbach's alpha values of the items of these six factors were ranged from .92 to .76 and six factors were found to be 58.75 percent of total variance explanation. Conclusion: Our results showed that developed PPHAS is highly reliable and appropriate to use to assessment psychosocial health of pregnant women.
