Özet
Phalloplasty is considered to be one of the most challenging procedures in plastic surgery. Various methods have been described for phalloplasty in female-to-male transsexuals using several flaps.1–6 Although many of the phalloplasty methods may achieve closely the goals of a neopenis and normal urination, none of them is perfect for every patient and there is none that is accepted as the best method.1–16 We present our method of phalloplasty with a double-pedicle groin flap used in a female-to-male transsexual.
