dc.description.abstractCommon Heritage of Mankind (CHM) continues to remain as a vague idea, With more of denial than acceptance on its part. CHM continues to be a hot cake. Developed world with their power to give an impetus to a treaty only with their ratification, have contributed to a larger extent in keeping the idea of CHM at Bay. CHM continues to strive for achieving a permanent foot hold in various regimes extending from deep sea bed and outer space to Antarctica and Cultural Heritages as well as plant and animal species. Originally Common Spaces found its place within CHM's purview, until change in world structure, economies and so forth gave a new light to CHM principle...en_US
