dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, ülkemizde kamu güvenliğini ve huzurunu korumak ve kollamakla görevli olan Polis Teşkilatı mensuplarının kanun koyucu tarafından kendilerine tanınmış yetkilerinden birisini oluşturan "Zor Kullanma Yetkisi" incelenmekte ve toplumsal olaylara müdahale esnasında polisin yanlış müdahalesinden ötürü gerçekleşebilecek insan hakları ihlalleri ele alınmaktadır. Çalışmamız, iki bölümden oluşmaktadır: Birinci bölümde, zor kullanma yetkisi ve yetkinin sınırları açıklanmıştır. İkinci bölümde, polisin toplumsal olaylara müdahalesinde kullandığı kuvvetten doğan insan hakları sorunlarının nedenleri ve önleme planları ele alınarak incelenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this research, the right to use force, one of the powers assigned by the legislator to the Police force which is responsible for public safety and public peace is examined, and human rights violations occurred because of the improper intervention of the police during social events are dealt with. The study consists of two parts: In the initial part the right to use force and its limits are explained. In the second part, causes of human rights problems arising from the excessive use of force used by the police in social events and prevention plans are examined.en_US
