Bir şirket örnekleminde psikoşiddete maruz kalma ile psikolojik ihtiyaçlar arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Özet
Bu araştırma; psikoşiddete maruz kalma ile psikolojik ihtiyaçlar arasındaki ilişkileri incelemek ve çalışanların psikoşiddete maruz kalma durumları ve psikolojik ihtiyaçlarının demografik özelliklerine göre farklılaşmasını bir şirket çalışanları üzerinde belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Amaç doğrultusunda hazırlanan uygulama formu; İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren özel bir şirketin 86 çalışanına uygulanmıştır.Araştırma sonucunda; şirket çalışanlarının iletişim engellerine dair psikoşiddete maruz kalma durumları ile psikolojik ihtiyaçları arasında anlamlı ilişkilerin olmadığı, aşağılanmaya ve ayrımcılığa dair psikoşiddete maruz kalma durumlarıyla ilişki ve başatlık ihtiyaçları arasında, cinsel tacize maruz kalma durumlarıyla ilişki ve başatlık ihtiyaçları arasında anlamlı ilişkilerin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.Çalışmada ayrıca; şirket çalışanlarının psikolojik ihtiyaçlarının yaş, medeni durum ve çalışma süresine göre farklılaşmadığı, cinsiyet, eğitim durumu ve çalışma pozisyonlarına göre psikolojik ihtiyaçlarının farklılaştığı sonucu ortaya konulmuştur. Şirket çalışanlarının psikoşiddete maruz kalma durumları demografik özelliklerine göre farklılaşmadığı sonucuna da varılmıştır.
This research has been done to examine the perception of mobbing on the employees of a company and the relation between their psychological needs as well as to determine the demographical ratings of the related issue on each member. The inquiry has been applied on 86 employees working for a private company in the city of İstanbul to serve the purpose of this research .As the conclusion of the research, related to the communicational obstacles of the company employees , no meaningful evidence of relation was observed on their perceiving mobbing and their need to the psychological factors. But on the contrary, some distinctive results were achieved between the relations of their need for dominance and receiving sexual abuse, mobbing and getting abased at work.In this study, no significant variations have been observed on the psychological needs of the company employees related to age, marital status, the duration of working hours but some significant indications observed that the sex, education, department and the position at work effect the psychological needs. No significant indications were observed on the relation of receiving sexual abuse or mobbing, and the variables outside the department they work for.
