Özet
Bu araştırma İstanbul ili Anadolu Yakasında bulunan 14 ilçedeki 404 Resmi İlkokulda görev yapan öğretmenlerin mobbinge maruz kalma algısının yaygınlığı, mobbinge maruz kalma algıları mobbingin çeşitli boyutlarında nasıl yoğunlaştığı ve maruz kaldıkları mobbingin tür ve sıklık algıları kişisel özelliklerine göre nasıl farklılaştığı incelenmiştir. Araştırma grubunu oluşturan 371 öğretmenden alınan verilere göre öğretmenler değişen tür ve yoğunluklarda mobbing davranışlarına maruz kaldıklarını ifade etmişlerdir. Öğretmenler en çok mobbingin''kendini gösterme ve iletişimi engelleme'' boyutuna en az ise ''doğrudan sağlığa saldırıda bulunma'' boyutuna maruz kaldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Kadın, bekar, 31- 40 yaş arasında, tecrübeli ve görev yaptığı okuldaki hizmet süresi fazla olan öğretmenler bu davranışlara daha çok maruz kaldıkları tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenler daha çok "ayda bir" sıklıkla mobbinge uğramaktadırlar. "konuştuğumda sözüm kesiliyor" en çok maruz kaldıkları mobbing davranışı olarak belirtmişlerdir.
Withthisstudy, it has been observed the penetration of exposing mobbing perceptions, how exposing mobbing perceptions increase in different dimensions and how differs their mobbing sbehaviourals according to their personel attributes of teachers who work at 404 of Official Primary Schools located in 14 districts in Asian side of Istanbul. Accordingly personel information form and mobbing perception scale form were distributed to teachers. According to data taken from a study grup which is consisted of 371 teachers, it has been observed that teachers who work at Official Primary Schools where located in Asian side of Istanbul were exposed to mobbing behaviours. Teachers usually stated that they have been exposed to mobbing as they have been attacted to their esteem. Teachers stated that they have been minimally exposed to mobbing which attacks their health. It has been observed that teachers who are female, single, between 31-40 years age, in experienced and worked long period of time in their school are exposed to those behaviorals. The teachers are more often subjected mobbing once a month. They stated "When I speak my words are being interrupted" as the mobbing behavior of them that they get exposed the most.
