Abstract
Kosova'nın 28 avrupa birliği üyesi olan ülkelerin ilişkisi 1999 sırbistan ve kosova savaşı bitmesiyle başlamıyor. Sosyal açıdan bakarsak kosova arnavutlarının avrupa birliği ile eskilere dayanan 1950 yıllarına dayanan ilişkileri vardır. Bu ilişkiler Ekonomik ve politik göç sürecinde yaşanmıştır.
Kosovo's relationship with the 28 member politico-economic bloc did not startvwith the end of the 1999 war between Serbia and Kosovo. Looking at the social aspect, Albanian's of Kosovo have had a long bond with the countries of the European Union dating back to the early 1950s which marks the beginning of the economic and political migration.
