dc.description.abstractÜlkemiz deprem kuşağında yer aldığı için yapıların depreme karşı güvenli olup olmadığının saptanması önemli bir sorundur. Yapı stoğunun deprem performansının hızlı bir şekilde deprem olmadan önce değerlendirilmesi bu sorunla beraber gündeme gelmektedir. Yapıları statik analiz yapmadan daha hızlı bir şekilde güvenilir yöntemlerle incelemek hem zaman hem de maliyet açısından çok büyük avantajlar sağlamaktadır. Hızlı değerlendirme yöntemleri kesin sonuç vermeyip riskli olabilecek yapıları belirlemeye yardımcı olur. Hızlı değerlendirme yöntemleri sonucunda güvensiz bulunan yapılar daha detaylı olarak incelenmelidir. Bu çalışmada dünyada ve Türkiye’de yaygın olarak kullanılan yöntemlerden bahsedilmiş ve örnek üç bina üstünde mevcut yöntemlerden FEMA 154, Kanada sismik tarama yöntemi, Japon sismik indeks yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Seçilen yapılardan ilki deprem etkisi sonucunda belediye kayıtlarında orta hasarlı olarak geçen bir betonarme binadır. İkinci yapı deprem etkisi ile yıkılmış bir betonarme yapıdır. Üçüncü yapı ise üç yıl önce inşaa edilmiş betonarme binadır. Bu tezde seçilen hızlı tarama yöntemlerinin incelenen yapılarda aynı sonuca doğru ve hızlı bir şekilde ulaşılabilirliğinin tespiti yapılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractOur country is located in the earthquake zone, it is an important problem to determine whether the buildings are safe from earthquakes. The rapid assessment of the earthquake performance of the building stock before the earthquake comes with this problem. Inspecting structures faster and more reliably without static analysis provides great advantages in terms of time and cost. Rapid assessment methods help to identify structures that may be risky and not accurate. Structures found unsafe as a result of rapid assessment methods should be examined in more detail. In this study it is mentioned in the world and widely used method in Turkey, and three existing buildings on the method of FEMA 154, Canadian seismic scanning method, Japanese seismic index method is used. The first of the selected structures is a reinforced concrete building with moderate damage in the municipal records as a result of the earthquake effect. The second structure is a reinforced concrete structure that was destroyed by earthquake. The third building is a reinforced concrete building that was built three years ago. In this thesis, it is determined that the selected fast scanning methods can be reached to the same result in the examined structures quickly and accurately.en_US
