dc.description.abstractBelirli nem ve ısı ortamında muhafaza edilmesi gereken, uygun koşullarda taşınmadığı ve depolanmadığı zaman kalitesini ve özelliğini kaybeden bozulabilir gıda ürünleri, taşımacılık faaliyetlerinde de hassas ürün grupları arasında yer alır. Bu tez çalışmasının temel amacı gelecek dönemler de bozulabilir gıda ürünlerinin taşımacılık maliyetini ve hem ülke hem de bölge ekonomisi için önemli olan ihracat gelir kaybını (risk maliyeti) en az seviyede tutmaktır. Bu temel amaç doğrultusunda hangi ürünün, hangi taşımacılık türü/türleriyle, hangi ülkeye taşınması gerektiğiyle ilgi matematiksel modelin geliştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu tezde; Batı Akdeniz İhracatçılar Birliğinden alınan veriler, Holt- Winters tahmin yönteminde değerlendirilerek 2050 yılında Antalya ilinden ihraç edilecek yaş meyve ve sebze ürün gruplarının tahmini miktarları belirlenmiştir. Daha sonra söz konusu ürünler, literatür taramasına göre, birlikte taşınabilirliklerine göre gruplandırılmıştır. Çalışmanın devamında Searates internet sitesinden yararlanılarak ve uzmanlarla yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmeler yapılarak, yaş meyve ve sebze ürün gruplarının bu çalışma kapsamında ihraç edileceği ülkeler ve alternatif rotalar belirlenmiştir. Bu süreçlerin tamamlanması ve doğrusal programlama modeli için gerekli sayısal verilerin belirlenmesinin ardından kurulan model, Excel Solverda çözülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractPerishable food products, which must be kept in a certain humidity and temperature environment, and lose their quality and properties when not transported and stored under appropriate conditions, are among the sensitive product groups in transportation activities. The main purpose of this thesis is to keep the transportation cost of perishable food products and the loss of export income (risk cost), which is important for both the country and the regional economy, at a minimum level in the future periods. In line with this basic purpose, it is aimed to develop a mathematical model related to which product should be transported to which country/type of transportation. In this thesis; The data obtained from the Western Mediterranean Exporters' Association were evaluated in the Holt-Winters estimation method and the estimated amounts of fresh fruit and vegetable product groups to be exported from Antalya in 2050 were determined. Then, the products in question were grouped according to their portability according to the literature review. In the continuation of the study, the countries and alternative routes to which the fresh fruit and vegetable product groups will be exported within the scope of this study were determined by using the Searates website and conducting semi-structured interviews with the experts. After completing these processes and determining the necessary numerical data for the Linear Programming model, the established model was solved in Excel Solver.en_US
