Overcoming access barriers to equal education by distance learning

Moodle is Modular Object 0riented Oynamic Learning Environment and available under the GNU public license. The creation, maintenance and development of this VOC is a prerequisite for the development of distance learning and an example of creating equal opportunities for access to training. The report is based on an investigation of scientific publications on the creation of distance learning environments, analyzing, describing and representing tabular and graphically obtained results.

Moodle (Modüler Nesne Odaklı Dinamik Öğrenme Ortamı) genel kamu lisansı altında mevcut bir öğrenme ortamıdır. Bu Sanal İşlemler Merkezinin oluşturulması bakımı ve geliştirilmesi uzaktan eğitimin on şartıdır ve eğitime erişimde fırsat eşitliği yaratmanın bir örneğidir. Bu çalışmada uzaktan eğitim ortamlarının oluşturulmasına ilişkin bilimsel araştırmalar incelenmekte tablo veya grafiklerle temsil edilen sonuçlar analiz edilmekte ve tanımlanmaktadır.
