dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın temel amacı entelektüel sermaye kavramının işletmeler üzerindeki öneminin vurgulanmasıdır. Bu kapsamda, entelektüel sermayenin tanımı, unsurları ve örgütlerin performansı üzerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bilgi çağı işletmelerini, yalnızca fi nansal sermaye ile ifade etmek mümkün değildir. İşletmelerin maddi varlıklarının yanında, maddi olmayan varlıkları da sermayelerinin bir parçasıdır. Bu bağlamda entelektüel sermaye, işletmelerde fi ziksel olarak görünmeyen ancak işletmeye rekabet üstünlüğü kazandıran unsurlardır ve genel olarak işletmenin piyasa değeri ile defter değeri arasındaki fark olarak ifade edilir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this study is to point out the signifi cance of the intellectual capital on fi rms. In this context, the defi nition of intellectual capital, its elements and to determine the effect on the performance of organizations. At the Age of Information, it is inconvenient to expound companies just by fi nancial capital. The intangible assets are also an essential part of their wealth. In this respect, intellectual assets serve as a mean of competitive leverage and they generally express the difference between the market and book values of a companyen_US
