dc.description.abstractJinekoloji'de çok sık görülen anormal uterine kanamalar jinekoloji polikliniklerine çeşitli sebeplerle başvuran hastaların %20'sini oluşturmaktadır. Endometrium biopsisi için kullanılan teknikler arasında en yaygın uygulama alanı bulmuş olanı sevikal dilatasyon ve endometriumun full küretajdir. Günümüzde daha basit, hızlı, ucuz, güvenilir metodlar bulunmuştur. Bunlardan en dikkat çekeni Pipelle ile endometrial örneklemedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractPatient with abnormal uterine bleeding composes 20% of patients applying to our gynecology polyclinics. The most popular procedure for endometrial biopsy in these patients is cervical dilatation and curettage. Recently, more simple, easy and cheap methods are discovered. The most important one is the pipelle endometrial biopsy.en_US
