Abstract
We are living in a knowledge world. a world in which the relation teacher student is changing profoundly. Nowadays, the knowledge society is preparing young people for a world of creativity and flexibility and at the same time is protecting them against the threats of mounting insecurity. To follow these qualities that the knowledge world offers can be highly challenging and complex, especially for the school institution that bear the greatest responsibility in providing students with a well organized environment perpetually in accordance with the knowledge society. Thus, the objective of this presentation is to clarify the definition of the knowledge society in association with the challenges and aspirations that the teachers and students meet. The presentation examines the idea that students as professionals of the future need to develop the competences and skills of the knowledge individual. Therefore, this implies a change in educational curriculum and educational transformation to new education. ln this way. one significant objective of this presentation is to bring into attention the curriculum of the educational institutions which should be broad and flexible, designed in such for students to become lifelong learners and contributors to the profession. More over the presentation indicates that teachers should be responsible to generate interest in the students by employing new methods of teaching. The presentation ends summarizing the concept that education policies should be able to give great support to the teachers in the sphere of transforming Ihe institutions regarding the knowledge society, Consequently, as teachers promote productive, interactive learning, students will be able to acquire the knowledge and skills they need within a modern knowledge society.
Öğretmen ve öğrenci ile ilgili büyük oranda değişen bir bilgi dünyasında yaşıyoruz. İçinde bulunduğumuz bilgi toplumunda gençler yaratıcı ve esnek aynı zamanda güvenli olmayan tehdit eden durumlara karşı bir dünya için hazırlanıyor. Bu bilgi dünyasının sunduğu önerileri takip etmek özellikle bilgi toplumuyla uyumlu ve iyi düzenlenmiş çevre ile öğrencileri destekleme yükümlülüğü olan okullar ve enstitüler için karmaşık ve ilgi çekici olabilir. Böylece sununun amacı, öğretmen ve öğrencilerin karşılaştıkları bilgi toplumu tanımına açıklık getirmektir. Sunum bireysel bilgi beceri ve yeterliklerini geliştirmeye ihtiyaç duyan geleceğin profesyonelleri olarak öğrenci düşüncelerini değerlendirmeye dönüktür. Bu nedenle bu, eğitim programı ve yeni eğitime geçişte bir dönüşüm demektir. Bu şekilde sunumun önemli hedefi, öğrencileri yaşama, yaşam boyu öğrenmeye hazırlayan esnek, iyi tasarlanmış eğitim programı ve eğitim kurumlarına dikkat çekmektir. Ayrıca sunum, öğretmenlerin yeni öğretim yöntemlerini kullanarak öğrencilerde ilgi oluşturmak için sorumluluk hissetmeleri gerektiğini ileri sürer. Sunum bilgi toplumu enstitülerinin dönüşümünde öğretmenlere büyük destek verilmesi gerektiren eğitim politikaları kavramının geniş özeti ile sonlanmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, üretken, etkileşimli öğrenmeyi teşvik eden öğretmenlerle öğrenciler modern bir bilgi toplumuyla ihtiyaçları olan beceri ve bilgileri elde edeceklerdir.
