dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, insanlaşmanın olmazsa olmaz koşullarından biri olan felsefi düşünmenin önemi gösterilerek felsefi düşünmenin kazandırılmasında ve geliştirilmesinde en etkili yollardan birinin Çocuklar İçin Felsefe eğitimi olduğu ileri sürülmektedir. Üç bölüm olarak hazırlanan bu tezin birinci bölümünde, düşünmenin ne olduğu, birkaç düşünme ediminin (yaratıcı, eleştirel ve özenli düşünmenin) nitelikleri; felsefi düşünmenin ve temel niteliklerinin ne olduğu ortaya koyularak felsefî düşünmenin, yaratıcı, eleştirel ve özenli düşünme edimleriyle ortak ve ayırt edici özellikleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Elde edilen bilgiler ışığında, felsefi düşünmenin önemi açıkça ortaya koyulmuştur. İkinci bölümde felsefi düşünmeyi mümkün kılan ve geliştiren edimler ve etkinlikler ele alınmış, böylelikle felsefi düşünmenin yolları ana hatlarıyla çizilmiştir. Son bölümde ise Çocuklar İçin Felsefe?nin tarihsel gelişimi, amaçları, içerdiği belli başlı yöntemler, kolaylaştırıcı olarak eğitmenin rolü ve sağladığı yararlar bütün olarak ele alınmıştır. Sonuçta, felsefi düşünmenin kazandırılmasında ve geliştirilmesinde Çocuklar İçin Felsefe?nin en etkili yollardan biri olduğu ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, Philosophy for Children education was suggested to be one of the most effective way to gain and develop philosophical thinking, with showing the importance of philosophical thinking which is a sine qua non of humanizing. In the first part of this thesis which is prepared in three sections, the common and distinguishing features of philosophical thinking with creative, critical and elaborative thinking acts have been made to identify with revealing what thinking is, characteristics of some thinking acts (e.g. creative, critical and elaborative thinking) and philosophical thinking and its essential features. As a result, in this section, the importance of philosophical thinking was revealed in accordance with the information obtained. In the second part, the acts and activities that make philosophical thinking possible and improve were took in hand and thus, methods of philosophical thinking were shown substantially. In the last part, historical development, aims, main methods, benefits of Philosophy for Children and the role of educator as a facilitator considered as a whole. As a result, in this study, Philosophy for Children was suggested as one of the most effective ways of gaining and improving philosophical thinking.en_US
