dc.description.abstractİnternet ve iletişim teknolojisi alt yapısını kullanarak bütünleşik bir yapıda çalışan bilgi teknoloji nesneleri birey, kurum ve toplum ihtiyaçlarını sağlamada hayati öneme sahiptir. Haberleşme, eğitim, enerji, ulaşım, su, sağlık, güvenlik, finans gibi kritik sistem ve alt yapılar üzerinden sunumu gerçekleştirilen hizmetlerin kullanım alanları sürekli genişlemektedir. Bu genişleme, topluma sayısız yararlar sunmanın ötesinde siber tehditlerden kaynaklı çözümlenmesi gereken pek çok güvenlik sorununu da beraberinde taşımaktadır. Siber tehditler, iletişim kurulabilen ağa bağlı her bir nesne üzerinde yer alan zafiyetleri kullanarak olumsuz etkiler doğurabilmektedir. Bunu önlemede teknik savunma yöntemleri yanında yeterli güvenlik bilincinin bireyden başlayarak toplumun her kesiminde oluşturulması çok önemlidir. Bu çalışma, toplum huzur ve barışını tehdit eder hale gelen siber güvenlik sorunlarının olumsuz etkilerine dikkat çekmek, bu alanda toplumsal farkındalığın artırılmasına katkı vermek amaçlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractInformation technology objects which interact in an integrated structure using the infrastructure of Internet and communication technology have vital importance to vitalize the needs of individuals, institutions and communities. The usage of public services based on critical systems and infrastructures like communication, education, energy, transportation, water, health, security, finance are constantly expanding. This expansion is accompanied by a number of security issues that need to be resolved from cyber threats beyond offering countless benefits to the community. Cyber threats can create adverse effects by using weaknesses on every object connected to the network that can be contacted. To prevent this, it is very important that sufficient safety consciousness is started from the individual and formed in every part of the society, in addition to the technical defense methods. This study aimed to draw attention to the negative effects of the cyber security problems that threatened the peace and harmony of the society and to contribute to increase social awareness in this area.en_US
