Özet
The term temporomandibular joint disorder is used to describe a group of conditions that involve the temporomandinbular joint, the masticatory muscles, and associated structures. Many different etiological factors, such as disc dislocations, malocclusion, trauma, neuromuscular hyperactivity, degenerative joint disease, and inflammatory joint disease, cause temporomandibular joint disorder.
