    The term "paradigm" means a strictly scientific theory embodied in a system of concepts lhat express the most eşsential features of reality. lts second meaning is used to characterize the generally recognized sçientific achievements that give the community of specialists a model of posing problems and their solutions over a period. ln this sense, it is used in pedagogical theory to denote conceptual models of education.

    The term “paradigm” means a strictly scientific theory embodied in a system of concepts that express the most essential features of reality. Its second meaning is used to characterize the generally recognized scientific achievements that give the community of specialists a model of posing problems and their solutions over a period. In this sense, it is used in pedagogical theory to denote conceptual models of education. In the course of the historical development of society and education as its most important institution, various education paradigms emerged. Therefore, today we can say that there are many paradigms of education. Teachers and psychologists focus on changing the style of work with information with modern students and schoolchildren. In conditions of the use of information technologies, such elements aseducational information and communication media are combined and represent a single structural element - information technology, as a means of achieving the goal. The article considers with main evolutionary paradigms and models of education of the XXI century, and special attention is paid to the non-institutional paradigm of education, which focuses on the organization of education outside traditional social institutions, in particular schools and universities. And also on the basis of non-institutional paradigm of education, the article considers innovative means of information visualization, such as infographics and scribing as a means of submitting educational material for a modern student and schoolchild in conditions of using the means of information and communication technologies in education.

A few years ago it was enough to be able to create of any information system that acting with the least number of errors and to automate individual processes of human activity. Now reasonable information systems are capable of using sophisticated algorithms substitute for almost any human activity. That is why the requirements for the information systems of the future will increase by hundreds of times - it no longer has to be simple to operate, easy to communicate with databases, and even just respond to user actions, are now technologies should be friendly to man, automatically find the problem and make their own decisions...
