Yayın Adapt of business environment to pandemic in the new future(Maltepe Üniversitesi, 2021) Hamidi, Shabana NikzadThe present article has been compiled with a long-term view and according to the new conditions affected by the spread of epidemics in the new future. In the content of the article, in the first part, the business conditions of developing countries affected by the epidemic crises are examined to take an appropriate approach to maintain and strengthen the economies of developing countries, especially in the field of improving the business environment. In the second part, new technologies are considered as a tool to move towards e-government, which has boundaries beyond the government, including government, businesses, and non-governmental organizations and organizations. The third section includes approaches to changing the paradigm of existing and new businesses to adapt to the post-epidemic conditions. In this regard, the use of knowledge-based ideas and new approaches are introduced with a look at successful models around the world and appropriate policies to achieve them. Empowerment is also considered as an approach to strengthen and solidify businesses that can be implemented with various tools such as training and knowledge-based businesses. The fourth section includes strengthening deregulation and facilitating the issuance of business licenses. The purpose of this research is to review effective factors for women's empowerment. The theoretical framework of this research is the theory of women's empowerment that has been influenced by feminist theories, especially the theory of liberal feminists. This research has been done by an analytical statistic method about 520 women, between 20 to 50 years old in Herat province of Afghanistan. The findings of this study suggest that factors of such as, increased education, access to financial resources, improved health, removal of the prejudice in the labor market and the removal of traditional factors are the most common factors that affect women's empowerment.
