dc.description.abstractAraştırmanın amacı mesleki ve teknik anadolu lisesi öğretmenlerinin algılarına göre kurum yöneticilerinin etik liderlik davranışı gösterme düzeylerinin farklı değişkenlere göre incelenmesidir. Bu araştırmada, tarama yöntemi kullanılmış olup nicel verilerden yararlanılmıştır. Bilgi Formu ve Etik Liderlik Ölçeği (EK1) ile toplanmıştır. Bağımsız değişkenler olarak cinsiyet, yaş, öğrenim durumu, kıdem, branş ve statü değişkenleri belirlenmiştir. Veriler korelasyon analizi, bağımsız gruplar için t testi, tek yönlü ve iki yönlü varyans analizi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına baktığımızda, ölçeğin alt faktörlerine uygulanan basit korelasyon testi sonucunda bu alt faktörler arasında çok güçlü ve doğrudan ilişkili ortaya koyulmuştur. Bağımsız değişkenleri oluşturan alt grupların, ölçekten aldıkları puan bakımından aralarında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir fark bulunmadığı görülmüştür. Bağımsız değişkenlere uygulanan iki yönlü varyans analizi sonucunda ise cinsiyet-statü, yaş-cinsiyet, öğrenim durumu-statü ve branş-statü değişkenleri arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı bir etkileşim olduğu görülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the research is to examine the levels of ethical leadership behavior of institutional managers according to the perceptions of vocational and technical Anatolian high school teachers according to different variables. In this study, the scanning method was used and quantitative data were used. Information Form and Ethics Leadership scale (Annex 1) were collected. Gender, age, educational status, seniority, branch and status variables were determined as independent variables. Data correlation analysis, t-test for independent groups, one-way and two-way variance analysis were used. When we look at the research findings, the simple correlation test applied to the sub-factors of the scale revealed that these sub-factors were very strong and directly related. It was observed that there was no statistically significant difference between the subgroups forming independent variables in terms of the scores obtained from the scale. As a result of two-way analysis of variance applied to independent variables, there was a statistically significant interaction between gender-status, age-gender, educational status-status and branch-status variables.en_US
