Özet
Human rights need to be protected at national and international levels. The United Nations have set a couple of international mechanisms to monitor humans rights, namely treaty bodies and charted-based bodies. The first include the Human Rights Council, Universal Periodic Review (UPR), Special Procedures of the Human Rights Council and Human Rights Council Complaint Procedure. The Treaty Bodies committees of experts were created in order to monitor governments' implementation of specific human rights converntions...
