Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, tarımsal ürünlerden biri olan Amasya çiçek bamyasının var olan tedarik zinciri sürecinde oluşan sorunlarını tespit etmek, yapılan araştırmadan elde edilen veriler ışığında tedarik zinciri yönetimi çerçevesinde incelemek ve sorunların çözümüne yönelik öneride bulunmaktır. Bu çerçevede yapılan çalışmada; lojistik ve tedarik zinciri yönetimi, dünyada ve Türkiye’de tarım sektörü, tarımsal ürünler tedarik zincirine değinilmiş ve Amasya çiçek bamyasının tarımsal özellikleri, üretim verileri derlenerek, mevcut tedarik zincirine, alternatif bir tedarik zinciri tasarlanmıştır. Bu süreçte Dünya Tarım Örgütü FAO’nun verileri, Tarım Orman Bakanlığının sektör raporları, Türkiye İstatistik Kurumunun verileri, konuyla alakalı sektör raporları, akademik çalışmalar, Taşova ilçe tarım müdürlüğünden alınan verilerden yararlanılmıştır. Ayrıca çiçek bamya üreticileri ile yapılan yüz yüze görüşmeler neticesinde fiili veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi olarak literatür taraması, Arşiv taraması (İlgili kurumlardan geçmiş yılların verilerinin toplanması ve incelenmesi), sektör raporları, yüz yüze görüşmeler (mülakat yöntemleri), ve saha çalışması kullanılmıştır.
Aim of this study is to establish the problems that occurs in available supply-chain process of Amasya Flower Okra which is one of the agricultural products, and to observe these problems within datas from researches and supply chain management, and to propose solutions to problems. In this study; logistic and supply-chain management, agricultural sector in Turkey and World, supply-chain of agricultural products are mentioned; and also an alternative supply-chain is designed via compilation of Amasya Flower Okra’s specifications and datas. This process is benefited from FAO-World Agriculture Organisation’s datas, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry’s sector reports, Turkish Statistical Institute’s datas, related sector reports, academic researches, Taşova District Agriculture Directorate’s datas. Furthermore, actual datas are summed up from face to face interviews with flower okra producers and brokers. Literature scanning, archive scanning (collecting and observing datas of past years from related institutions), sector reports, face to face interviews and field studies are used as Qualitative researching methods in this study.
