dc.description.abstractThis paper focuses on the continent's security architecture after the end of the Cold War looking from the perspective of Germany's institutional meta-preferences, and provides a social constructivist answer to why states were motivated to invest in the European Security and Defence Policy (ESOP). The social constructivist response this paper provides is based on the processes of estrantement and emancipation and the concept of the social ontology of friendship.en_US
dc.description.abstractBu yazı, Soğuk Savaşın sona ermesinin ardından Almanya'nın kurumsal tercihleri perspektifinden bakıldığında kıtanın güvenlik mimarisine odaklanmaktadır ve devletlerin Avrupa Güvenlik ve Savunma Politikasına neden yatırım yapmaya motive oldukları üzerine toplumsal yapılandırmacı bir cevap sağlamaktadır. Bu makalenin sağladığı toplumsal yapılandırmacı katkı, yabancılaşma ve kurtuluş süreçlerine ve arkadaşlığın toplumsal ontolojisi kavramına dayanmaktadır.en_US
