Özet
Research in the last three decades on second and foreign language learning strategies has witnessed prolific and vigorous growth. Numerous studies around the world havecontributed to both theory and teaching by showing fruitful results supporting thesignificant role of language learning strategies for effective and successful languagelearning, Factors related to language learning strategy use range from cultures and educational contexts to individual learner variables, such as gender, motivation, learningstyles, years ot learning, proficiency. and achievement. The aim of [his study is to display how relevant the preferred learning strategies in the case ot Macedonian students who are exposed to EFL studies. ln doing this, English Preparation School enrolled students are taken as a sample of case study. Analysis and discussions done on this topic are usually based on three questions: 1) What is your slyle ot learning? 2) Do you ask for advices from teachers? 3) Do you improve methods by yourself? lt is mostly common that students are using self-learning style that includes watching movies playing games. reading books or online lesion Presentations, Thus, the purpose of developing LLS is to contribute to effectiveness and increase enthusiasm in learners on the path towards successlul language learning.
