dc.description.abstractBu çalışma iktisat teorisinde emek piyasası ve işsizlik olgusunun farklı analizlerini ele almakta ve işsizlik olgusunu bir sonuç değil bir neden olarak değerlendiren yaklaşımların üzerinde yoğunlaşmaktadır. Bu çerçevede emek piyasasının büyük ölçüde sınırlandırıldığı ya da tamamen işlevsizleştirildiği planlı ekonomi deneyimleri incelenmiş ve bu ekonomilerde işsizliği uzun dönemli olarak ortadan kaldıran aşırı emek talebi olgusu oyun teorisi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. İşsizlik sorununun tümüyle sonlandırılması için sürekli bir emek talebi fazlasına ve mutlak bir iş güvencesi uygulamasına ihtiyaç olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study deals with different analysis of labour market and unemployment phenomenon and concentrate on the approaches which determines unemployment phenomenon as a reason rather than a result. In this frame, planned economy experiences that substantially restricted labour market or totally make unfuctional are examined and the excessive labour demand phenomenon which abolished the long run unemployment in these economies are analysed by the method of game theory. To abolish the unemployment question entirely, the study reach to a conclusion of the necessity of excessive labour demand and absolute job security implementation.en_US
