dc.description.abstractOteller, konsept ve kuruluş amaçlarına göre farklılık gösteriler. Belli bir ücret karşılığı insanların barınma, eğlence ve daha değişken ihtiyaçlarını karşılayabildikleri bu yapılar hem karmaşık hem de bir o kadar kapsamlı olabilmektedir. Otel işletmelerinin sermayesinin büyük bir kısmı sabit sermayedir. Bu sebepten ötürü yapım aşaması tamamlanmış bir otel olası bir proje değişikliği durumunda yüksek maddi zarara sebep olabilir. Bunun yanı sıra doğru yapılmış bir otel projesi uzun vadede işletme maliyetlerini de daha ergonomik hale getirecektir. Bu sebepten ötürü otellerde çalışacak personellerin bir kısmı otel projesinin çeşitli safhalarında projeye dahil edilmeli ve fikirleri alınmalıdır.en_US
dc.description.abstractHotels differ according to their concept and establishment purpose. For a certain fee; These structures, where people can meet their housing, entertainment and more variable needs, can be both complex and comprehensive. Most of the capital of hotel businesses is fixed capital. For this reason, a hotel whose construction has been completed may cause high financial losses in case of a possible project change. In addition, a correctly made hotel project will make operating costs more ergonomic in the long run. For these reasons, some of the staff who will work in hotels should be included in the project at various stages of the hotel project and their opinions should be taken. This process varies according to the departments of the personnel. For example; While the person who will be the hotel manager should be involved from the beginning of the project, housekeeping staff may be involved in the process at a later stage.en_US
