dc.description.abstractThe use of simulation as an educational tool is becoming increasingly prevalent in health care practice and the innovations and technology have shown to have a significant impact on the quality of nursing education. Therefore, institutions have adopted simulations and lCT to help educate their students and other health care professionals; however, the effectiveness and full benefits of these methods in different areas of medical education are yet to be fully determined. A literature review was undertaken by conducting multiple searches of the Pubmed,Science Direct, Google Scholar and Journal of Nursing Education. Keywords that were used are information and communications technology (lCT), nursing, education, innovation, simulation and Croatia. dc.description.abstractSimülasyonun eğitimsel bir araç olarak kullanılması sağlıkta giderek yaygınlaşmaktadır. Bakım uygulamalarında yenilikIerin ve teknolojinin hemşirelik eğitiminin kalitesini önemli ölçüde etkilediği göstermiştir. Bu nedenle kurumlar, öğrencilerini ve diğer sağlık profesyonellerini eğitmeye yardımcı olmak için simülasyonlar ve lCT benimser: Bununla birlikte hemşirelik eğitiminin farklı alanlarındaki bu yöntemlerin etkinliği ve tam faydaları henüz tam olarak belirlenememiştir.
