Abstract
Bu araştırma, okullarda bulunan müdürlerin liderlik sitilleri ile okul iklimi arasındaki ilişkileri belirlemek, okulda bulunan iklime göre müdürlerin tutum ve davranışlarında değişimler olup olmadığını belirlemek, müdürlerin okuldaki tutumunun öğretmenlerin kolektif yapısını nasıl ve ne derece etkilediğini ortaya koymak adına yapılmıştır. Araştırmada öğretmenlerin kolektif yeterlik algıları bağımlı değişken olarak ele alınmaktadır. Okul müdürlerinin liderlik stilleri ise bağımsız değişkendir. Örgüt iklimi ise aracı değişken kabul edilmiştir. Araştırma tarama modelindedir. Bu araştırma ile okul müdürlerinin liderlik stillerinin örgüt iklimi ve öğretmenlerin kolektif yeterlik düzeyleri üzerindeki etkileri var olan şekliyle betimlenmeye çalışılacaktır. Araştırma, İstanbul ilindeki Özel İlkokullardaki öğretmenlerin okul müdürleri liderlik stillerinin örgüt iklimi ve öğretmenlerin kolektif yeterlik düzeyleri üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemeye dönüktür. Çalışmanın sonucuna göre okul müdürleri daha çok dönüşümcü liderlik stilini yansıtmaktadırlar.
